Send a Digital Impression

Sending a digital case to YDL allows you to cut down on delivery time. Simply upload your patient’s digital impression directly YDL by choosing your practice’s scanner from our list of supported scanners. Follow our simple step-by-step guide and you will have your case sent to YDL in no time.

iTero®

  • Call 800-577-8767.
  • Select Option 1.
  • Request that YDL is added to your scanner, and identify our lab using our phone number: 214-691-5512 or our lab ID # 12300.
  • After YDL has been added, restart your scanner.
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select YDL on your scanner when sending files.

3M

  • Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
  • Select Option 1 and request YDL be added to your scanner
  • 3M™ will then confirm with YDL and add connection remotely

CARESTREAM

  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  • Search for YDL Concert
  • Add YDL Concert
  • Select YDL when submitting scans raw .STL files
  • Email us at [email protected]

  • Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
  • Connect with YDL as Lab by searching [email protected]
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select YDL when sending files
